CARNE Return Policy

Buyer agrees, acknowledges and undertakes that CARNE has a definite return policy and it shall be followed in case of return of any Products to the Seller. Return policy is applicable to only those Products that the Buyers have received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or substantially different from their description on the product detail page of CARNE Platform. Return will be processed only when it is established that:

1.The Product was not damaged while in the possession of the Buyer;

2.The Product is not different from what was shipped to the Buyer;

3.The Product returned by the Buyer is in its original condition and form;

4.The Product is not covered in the non-returnable category.

Procedure for return of Products:

To qualify for CARNE return policy, Buyers have to record a video of unboxing of the package delivered to them and further upload this video on the return window of the official website of CARNE while filing for a return or email on [email protected] Return/replacement has to be claimed within 30:00( MIN ) from the Time of delivery of the Product. CARNE will verify the videos uploaded and will initiate the return process post receipt of the return request and verification. CARNE follows a strict return procedure and will not accept any return request without verifying the unboxing videos of the damaged or wrong Products. Refund for the returned Products will be initiated 1 (ONE) day after the Product is received by the respective Seller and is duly verified. In the event of any discrepancy found in the returned product, return request shall stand cancelled.
